Use diluted marker ink to create a sweet background

Water based markers are a great resource for creating a background following Dina's trick - to dilute them with water on a non absorbent work surface and then lay a white ATC Art Square directly into the ink. In this case she used a pink distress marker and fine tuned it a bit with a waterbrush pen.
